After a long period of time people of Pakistan are waiting for justice. There confidence have raise again. For the very 1st time in the history of Pakistan the sun of justice is rising. And because of that our judges and all other regulatory bodies are now one, even their slogan is one. They are moving ahead with the motto that Pervez Musharraf must be pertained to punishment for his deeds. This step which is taken up by our Supreme Court will shut the doors for all upcoming dictators. Pervez Musharraf has left many landmarks in Pakistan. He was hoping that he will come again into rule as he thought that Pakistan needs him, at least this step taken by our Supreme Court causes to close that door too. It makes me laugh when I read that even his attorney general refuses to support him.

I think our Chief Justice Mr. Iftikhar Chaudhry has taken an exemplary step. The provision of free justice and liberal media has raised our confidence a lot. Pervez Musharraf and his government prove really very fruitless and leave devastating impacts on our country.

The curse for chair or you can say the power to rule is a very harmful contagious disease whoever got a chance to sit over it, the curse starts working. One who before going on that chair makes loads of promises to his subject, after sitting on it see them as insects.

Its not being so long when these rulers were announcing confidently that Pervez Musharaf will be get selected easily as many times elections will be held. Everybody was appreciating him, his actions, and his decisions except public. The situation is now that he is as alone in the hour of need as he is caught up by any contagious disease. His admirers PML-Q, and other abettors even America refuses to talk about any issue on Pervez Musharaf. Now he is drawing but what we are seeing that there’s left no straw to catch or to support him. There was a given take relationship among Pervez Musharaf and his abettors as they give benefits to get benefits personally not publicly.

We should raise the morale of our judges and law regulatory bodies to not to fear from any one and complete their duties through showing true patriotism towards their country and veracity towards its people.

Different institutions ranked Pervez Musharaf differently. According to the religious institutions he is an executioner (Lal Masjid Case), according to Judges an infringer of national laws, according to society or people a dictator while according to the country a traitor. Unless the traitors are not being pertained to punishment the country cannot progress. In my opinion all those people who were directly or indirectly involved in supporting Pervez Musharaf now have a chance to improve their mistake and critically analyze them.

In Pakistan it’s a quite thinkable question that why there had no dictator ever been inquest about his deeds. Yet they were involved in controversies, conspiracies, propagandas, theft of national wealth and who put the country at the grounds of war, violence and other precarious crimes. Even all those decisions must be put under strict scrutiny which are cause of embarrassment for the public and all those high law regulatory bodies that have pass them. Pervez Musharraf busy in making tours to different countries, making conferences openly proves a high level of scarcity of justice in Pakistan. In the past decades any Army dictator and his abettors were not been ever questioned for what they have done. Today I think every Pakistani is confident and free and looking forward for the answers of his questions from Pervez Musharraf.

Like me the whole nation was eagerly waiting for such a vital decision that comes to its concluding stages now. If we pence on this verdict cautiously, from one of its aspect we can smell the odor of independent judiciary which is attached with the name of Mr. Iftikhar Chaudhry. As 14 judges had declare all those decision against the constitution passed after 3rd November that were made by PCO judges appointed at time. Judges appointment was declared as unconstitutional and Islamabad Court also declared against the constitutional laws. Our nation requires such a kind of verdict from the independent judiciary which we are hearing now. It’s the first ever been made an open decision in the history of our country which is a smack on dictatorship. Now that dictator who shows his punch to us at the end will have predicted his illicit power. But there is another aspect of this verdict is that in which Abdul Hameed Dogar appointment step which was made by our president Mr. Asif Ali Zardari get secured. Do you agree with this decision? Or will you accept it? I think in this decision the odor of phenomena of necessity comes, which will grounds a dire impact on fully conscious public.

In my opinion if those who were involved in 3rd November act are considered as criminals then with them those who were involved in taking oath without any objection from Abdul Hameed Dogar; should also said to be criminals. It was told that in order to employ justice its impacts always ignores only rules are kept in considerations what they are actually stating. And rules are always dictated according to its soul not according to the circumstances. I don’t think that these authorized judiciary and their verdicts and verdicts’ contexts will get any central esteem. Justice can only be practiced according to the stated rules without taking into account its devastating results on the structure. Justice is a very crucial aspect of any society. If we glance at Pervez Musharraf’s period the 3rd November decision and emergency implementation was made the only focus was to obliterate the independent judiciary. If we see now on today’s scenario the decision is also entirely based on the judiciary as a target. Those who implements and those who accept it as Asif Ali Zardari or his government who accept and take oath on 3rd November from Abdul Hameed Dogar they are also wrong and must pertained to assassination. We cannot consider it as justice to punish them at one level and on the other side in order to secure own interest not to punish them. It can be a revolutionary decision that can creates a border line which makes division between those who agree and those who accepts the constitution and those who are the followers of dictators and admirers of dictatorship but we have missed that chance. I think I have said too much we all should consider this decision as a good step towards independence of justice. It’s an improved decision that has ever being made in the history of Pakistan. That level of decisions whether good always left a point so that other can enhance it. Thus our Chief Justice has left a point bare to be proceeded by the upcoming leaders. I felt that as at the end of a film there is a point always left intact to make another part or to continue a new topic resembling to that Chief Justice does so. However we must appreciate this verdict and hope for the best and must pray for the betterment of our country.

To overcome the problem of electricity power shortage Pakistan’s government have decided to install new power projects on rental basis. Negotiations are taken place between the government and the sponsors. The project would be completed within two years from the date of contract at a total cost of Rs 18 billion (US$286.68 million), including Rs 6.059 billion as local cost besides the cost equivalent to Rs 11.99 billion foreign in exchange according to a news report.

Pakistan would be requiring $ 2.9 billion by 2007 and 20.4 billion by 2010 -2013 for mega power projects and system’s improvement where total cost of 8 major hydropower projects was $ 16 billion.

Our government’s example is like that of a real estate agent who when he wanted to rent out his house have only concern with how to attracts a tenant, Because his concern is only with to earn commission and profit on that property. After renting it out he have no more concern with that tenant and he put all his efforts in search of new parties. The agent has no concern with the problems face by the party who has owe that property from him, as he has the only concern to earn commission. It might be possible most of the people will not understand my point as I’m intimating on a particular area example.

Our government is like that agent who only tries to fill pockets of some of these people only for their own benefits. Instead of facilitating and investing in our own power producing companies they are hiring others. Another burden of debt on Pakistan. Like that agent our government has no concern with them. In my opinion our IP’s have the capacity to fulfill 95-97% power supply demand and can meet the consumption level efficiently if paid properly by the government.

According to resources in order to reduce expenditures PEPCO have decide to reduce the flow of expensive power supply from the IPP’s.

On April 26th, 1995 the ground-breaking ceremony of a power project was performed by Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto costing US$ 600 million. If she wants she can invest that huge amount in the local power supply bodies. She also has another option to install new power plants with coal.

Coal plays an important role as a primary and an inexpensive source for power generation. Thar coal having estimated reserves of 184.6 billion tonnes is much superior in quality due to low sulphur content and higher heating value. Well-developed coal-fields are located in Punjab, Balochistan and Sindh. It’s time to explore coal and develop coal-fired power plants to not only lessen dependence on imported fuel but also to cut the cost of power production for the benefit of the industries, trade and individuals. According to an estimated report in 2003 shows that 184575 million tonnes coals resources are being produce during that fiscal year.

More enhancement and developments could be made but our government always fails to do so. Power shortage issue is not new in Pakistan but yes it was not that much high before. If our government could control it before the time this situation I think we don’t have to face today.

One must learn from the past experiences but our government also fails to do so. They are hiring new parties and busy in making new contracts instead of investing in the already installed power stations. The public is already obscured under the pressure of debt and taxes. Without considering the economic conditions and analyzing the issues they are going to take the step.

The current power crisis is vilely due to very high oil prices. We must find out ways to at least for the next several years to somehow cope with it, since no immediate cheaper alternate solutions are available. Pakistan needs to firmly take stock and concrete steps are needed to pull the power sector out of its current state of decay. The course of action orientation needs a radical amendment and native resource like hydel energy production as well as development of coal mining and new gas plants should be the main concern.

As we are seeing that PPP’s leadership gets completely failed and Mr. Asif Ali Zardari government too badly beat. In the history of Pakistan whenever any government rule gets failed it’s overcome by Army in the form of Marshal Law or by any political party which results in dictatorship. The current situation is that our Army although our Chief of Army Staff Mr. Pervez Kyani have taken many appreciable steps but there still exist a gap. Our army is also under the pressure. That gap can be filled by a third party but it requires a li’l bit more to do in order to strengthen its party roots in the public’ mind. Such a party which is popular amongst the public and the youth as well, I’m intimating on Imran Khan and his party Tehreek-e-Insaf. Now Mr. Imran Khan has a golden opportunity to make his party stronger and to improve its image. As it’s the necessity of time because in the current scenario Pakistan has facing lots of problems. Mr. Imran Khan needs to increase its party memberships and leaderships too. He must organize more and more public conferences call media and introduce its party members. If he doesn’t wanted to come in front of media much then he must motivate his party members to move forward with media’s cooperation. Tehreek-e-Insaf can be proved itself as an effective political as well as an active Islamic Party.

I can surely say that every individual of Pakistan especially youth likes the party but they don’t have a proper source or way to show their support with it. Because there are no election season or any other such activity is going to be held through which public can show their support to Imran Khan. It’s the time for Mr. Imran Khan to cash himself and to raise as a 3rd biggest and stronger political party because other 2 parties (PPP and PML-N) are facing problems and passing through stronger public pressures.

Our President Mr. Asif Ali Zardari is the publicly selected leader. Based on about 16 crores of population of Pakistan have voted for him. Public leaders are always being chosen by the public votes. They always remain in contact with them, listen to their problem, and are appoint to serve them.

Like me everybody has seen Mr. Asif Ali Zardari on television, never in the crowd of the public but always in the crowd of cameras. Nobody has seen him in his/her real life. All past leaders or publicly selected leaders remain in close contact with the public like Mr. Nawaz Sharif, Mr. Shehbaz Sharif even Miss Benzir Bhutto( late) and many others. They go to the people, explore them, asked them and raise their morale. But Mr. Asif Ali Zardari has created a gap between the public and their rulers. He has set a new trend in the line of politics. Due to his unpopular decisions people get deprived of every necessity of life. Does Mr. Zardari know about all these issue? We have no idea; I think nobody knows about it. That’s why Mr. Zardari is so notorious in the view of people and making decisions without considering public’s opinions, their like and dislikes and even their basic necessities of life. How can people appreciate his decisions if they are only made for his own self not on the behalf of public? Even dictator rules have been seen remonstrated by its subject after 8 to 9 year of its rule. What we are seeing over here is that PPP’s government gets totally failed in its 1st year of rule. What will happen to the next year? Nobody knows even nobody can predict. Our country’s cord is in the hand of these rulers, who only knows to make propaganda and emotionally blackmail people. Public get exhaust of un-national decisions, unmethodical government and strategies of Mr. Asif Ali Zardari and his everyday tours to others countries for raising funds. Where are those funds? Where they are being utilized? Why public is hard-pressed under the burden of taxes if he is going every second day to the other countries for raising funds. Is our economy gets so doomed? Why Mr. Asif Ali Zardari and other leaders are not investing their money in their own country to make more money for themselves and to make their country prosperous. Isn’t surprising! That still Mr. Asif had made no visit in his own country and to its citizens for whom he is being appointed to serve.

n democratic state of Pakistan democracy can’t be seen but monocracy can be seen by far. Who says democracy doesn’t exist in our country it do exist but among our rulers and politicians. A word has many directions of meanings so the word “Democracy” has too. Democracy means liberty; a license to do anything. So our politicians and rulers are so vigilantly acting on it.

They are misusing of their rights and liberties which granted to them under a democratic type of regime. As detested decisions are forced by our president Mr. Asif Ali Zardari on the public which is sign of dictatorship in the country so we can say that the government of Pakistan is twofold. How…? We can easily see democracy; among politicians and rulers and dictatorship; between public and its rulers. One can never speak into public without speaking in public. While learnt to speak is like saying that one will never go into the water until he/she hasn’t learnt to swim. But I think our President is that much efficient that he doesn’t require learning at all. He has to learn if when he has to come to speak in public.

Mr. Nawaz Sharif and his party always remain in the attacks of opposition parties after doing so many good activities in Pakistan. I wanted to asked these opponents what they have done till which we can remember and on which step they have taken for us so that we can privilaged them.

By breaking all blocks on November 25, 2007, several weeks after the return of Benazir Bhutto, Nawaz Sharif was able to return to Pakistan. There were many convictions which were made on him. After arriving in Pakistan the first thing he done was he announced his party’s manifesto being a single demand for the restoration of the judges sacked in November by President Musharraf.

Mr. Nawaz Sharif was convicted of hijacking and terrorism after he blocked Pervez Musharraf from landing his plane in Karachi in lieu of dismissing him from his COAS post. In 2009, Pakistan’s Supreme Court barred Sharif from holding public office in this case. Nawaz Sharif was also being charged, and convicted in 2000 for corruption for failing to report and pay taxes on a helicopter worth at least $1 Million. The Court sentenced himto fourteen years imprisonment, a fine of 20 million rupees, and barred him from holding public office for twenty-one years.

On April 28, 2009, after the reinstatement of the judiciary on March 16, 2009, Mr. Sharif challenged his conviction in the plane hijacking case in the Supreme Court in contention that the conviction and sentence passed against him were distinctly illegal and endures from blunder of law apparent on the face of record.

And now today a five-member larger bench of the Supreme Court (SC) announced the brief verdict on Nawaz Sharif’s appeal against his conviction in the plane hijacking case which is a plausible news. Sharif’s government was dismissed by Pervez Musharraf in a bloodless coup on the same day. Mr. Nawaz Sharif has already filed nomination papers to stand for a National Assembly vacant seat from the eastern province Punjab’s capital city of Lahore. Pakistan is the state, followed by a lot of enemies. Some of them are external whilst others are internal. The list of foes is very extensive. Some belongs to diverse Islamic Firqas, and some are pressure groups always remain active to pressurize the government and the public. Our country have been divided into different sects, we neither are united nor like a nation. Due to these well wishers, our country has been obliterating from top to bottom. It’s the result of the reckless government actions and our so called honest leaders’ strategies that we have reached at this point. Pakistan is at the state of extreme melancholy.

The one who plays an active role in fulfills its responsibilities, and who never ever lose a chance to harm our nation is the great India. Since the dream of Pakistan was seen by our great leader Allama Iqbal from that time India was and remains our opponent.

Our leaders thought that they are not accountable for anything they have done. Continuous agitation has been made by India because it doesn’t want to let Pakistan to strengthen its foundations.

We must be thankful of our military forces whose vigilance and true valor have made our enemies tactics collapse every time, whenever it causes agitation.

The autocratic rule of Pervaiz Mushraf drives Pakistan to a slump place where it requires a longer period of time to re-establish its position. Pakistan was progressing day by day but due to the inanity of our rulers made our country handicapped.

I was hopping that the upcoming ruler and his government will restore Pakistan’s status and will create such circumstances that will lead to not only Pakistan’s development but also for its citizens. But glumly I have to say that once again our weak government has made our country deprived and ranked Pakistan amongst underprivileged countries. We are attacking on whom, we should consider about it.

Initially our agencies were so active and they give austere respond to the opponent’s obnoxious plans. Now the situation has come that our agencies are working for them, responding on their intimation and act as their representative.

So we should think about all these matters and must detect the causes of the extreme disturbances made by foreign countries. We must focus on where we are heading towards which direction we are following. We must build up a capacity to decide what is right for us and what’s not. Our political leaders who don’t require any introduction as we all know about them must civilize their thoughts and take refined actions so that they are being privileged by us. We must suggest the ways to overcome all these problems.

Lots of hinderences are being cause by indian and Israelian agencies to degrade Pakistan, and they are constantly struggling to destroy our nation. Pakistani agencies are doing investigations and have find five suspects accused of involvement in last year’s attack on Mumbai, and they are expected to be put on trial next week, said by the interior minister. The announcement was likely to be welcomed by India, which has demanded Pakistan take action against those behind the attack before it will resume peace talks. Pakistan is continuously being accused for Mumbai’s attacks. Our agencies to whom we proud have made us so disappointed and they are investigating on Mumbai attacks.

Its immense disappointment that our government after knowing all about the opponents of Pakistan they are not willing to even chatter about them. We must motivate our politicians, other leaders and our citizens to take curative steps to reinstate Pakistan.

The necessity of the time is to move forward with open perspectives and should sufficiently organize ourselves to carry out the conditions necessary for living harmoniously together. We must show acceptability to these changes and induces ourselves to amplify our dexterity and built acquaintance with our social roles and responsibilities.

Corruption have been seen as an important but cruel aspect of any society. If we say that every institution of our society has been full of corruption then it would not be wrong and it seems extremely popular among the politicians.

It is precisely to avoid writing about issues like corruption. The corruption has been strongly rooted in our society. Its precipitates can be traced from Pakistan’s history since it appears on the world’s map. Whenever a new government rule’s started in Pakistan the corruption of the previous politicians and some of the ruling one’s have appear on the screen. The ideal breeding ground for corruption are our rulers and their greed of wealth and less transperancy.

Shumaila Rana the MPA and the member of Parliament, have found guilty for shop on stolen credit cards. In her very short talk to Geo news she refused the blame, and put all the matter on her servant. The news channels have broadcast the footage from the jewelery shop owner and telecast it. An application has filed in police station against Shumaila Rana. According to sources the application is filed by the brother Muqeet Islam the brother of Zaira Malik whose cards were stolen. Zaira Malik said that a payment of Rs. 80,000 was made from her credit card for shopping. Punjab government spokemen said that strict action will be taken against her if she found guilty of it.er roadcast the footage from the me.

It’s a pleasureable thing for us that due to the good government of Shahbaz Sharif (PML-N) enables the media and other information channels to openly take steps against not only corruption but every negative aspect of our society.

We can say that PML-N is doing a great job as they are taking an initiative by themselve to curbing corruption.

PML-N female MPA accused of buying jewelry on stolen credit card the recently occurring exclusive issue. As it’s a very dire aspect for any well thought-of society but for our society it’s a positive thing.

Our channels like GEO news or Express news are one of the revolutionary information sources that are responsible to flatten the pyramid of corruption by giving access to accurate information to the masses so that they can be active participants of the society.

Like Muslim League Nawaz other parties must also follow their strategy and should curb the corruption even if it’s being done by any of their own party member. Our ruling parties are paid by the state they should serve us sincerely. It’s not about whose party members are more involved in Bribery but it’s about the extinction of all those factors that support bribery and curb of all those people who are breeding it. Our rulers must enthusiastically fight against this issue without considering their party reputation while keeping in mind the reputation of our whole nation. The superiors must be curbed if they are found involved in any of the corrupt activities. It’s not only in the welfare of the nation but its people too. It could be possible that in order to project wrong image of PML-N Shumaila Rana is a prey but the footage reveals a different side, which compel us to think… So think about it.

I remember watching a movie when I was a child in which two countries fought with each other. At the end of battle one brave soldier was looking for his country’s injured soldiers to aid their injuries but suddenly some vultures came and attacked the injured soldiers. When that brave soldier quickly ran towards those soldiers, vulture flew and starts biting other injured soldier. He again moves towards him at once and vulture chooses other injured soldier. It is clear that ground was so big; there were lot of injured soldiers and only one savior. Now where ever he goes, vulture leaves that injured soldier and move to other and this chain just goes on and on…

Our country is also have same consequences, here one brave soldier (C.J.Iftikhar) is saving whole nation from that vulture (Zardari) but that vulture run from this soldier and start biting this nation at any other issue.

For how long we’ll keep watching this show with our closed eyes. We have to rise and save our country from these vultures that are continuously biting us… They are waiting to cut throats of this nation as they get any chance… I think this nation will not give any more chances to these vultures. Now this nation just needs an excuse and which I think Zardari will soon provide himself.
